Roscoe C. Smith III – Media and Publishing Senior Executive
Mr. Smith has over 25 years experience in the information and business-to-business publishing industry.  He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Post Capital portfolio company, Agent Media Corporation, a database and marketing services business for the insurance industry.  Previously he was President of Knowledge Industries Publications, Inc, (“KIPI”), an owner of trade magazines, newsletters, conferences and trade shows.  Mr. Smith became the President of PBI Media LLC after it acquired KIPI in 1996.  Prior to KIPI, he was the publisher of Architectural Record, a McGraw Hill publication.

Dennis Newnham – Branded Food; Consumer Products Senior Executive
Mr. Newnham has over 25 years experience as Chairman, President and CEO of branded consumer product companies in the fragrances, toiletries, personal care, food and condiments, snacks, and beverages industries.  Mr. Newnham has held the CEO and/or President position at leading small and mid-cap consumer products companies, including B. Manischewitz Co., Tsumura International, Lea & Perrins, Wilkinson Sword, and Adirondack Beverages.  He has been a Director on the Boards of several NYSE and NASDAQ companies.

Scott Korman – Manufacturing Senior Executive
Mr. Korman is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Best Manufacturing Group LLC, the leading manufacturer and distributor of napery, service apparel, hospitality and healthcare textiles and image apparel.  Previously, Mr. Korman had been an Owner and Director of Welsh Farms and its President and CEO from 1995 until its sale in July 1998 to Parmalat USA Corporation.  Welsh Farms was a full service dairy, processing and distributing milk, ice cream mix and ice cream products.  Mr. Korman is the founder and President of Nashone, Inc., an investment and financial advisory firm.  Mr. Korman serves on the Board of Directors of many private companies.

Morgan W. Davis – Insurance/Financial Services Senior Executive
Mr. Davis has over 35 years of experience in the insurance industry.  He recently co-founded and was the former President and Chief Executive Officer of White Mountains Insurance Company.  Mr. Davis previously served as the President of the Firemen’s Fund Commercial Insurance business.  Mr. Davis also served as Managing Director of One Beacon Insurance Group LLC, Chairman of the Peninsula Insurance Company and Chairman of Valley Group, Inc.  Mr. Davis has served on the board of many private and public companies.
