Mitchell A. Davidson - Managing Director
Prior to co-founding Post Capital, Mr. Davidson worked in the Financial Sponsors Group in Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch & Co. At Merrill Lynch, Mr. Davidson was responsible for sourcing, evaluating and financing acquisitions for financial sponsors across a wide range of industries.  Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, Mr. Davidson worked in Mergers & Acquisitions at the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP representing financial sponsors and their portfolio companies as well as working on large public company M&A transactions. Mr. Davidson received a JD from New York University School of Law and a BA from Tufts University.

Michael S. Pfeffer - Managing Director
Prior to co-founding Post Capital, Mr. Pfeffer was a Managing Director and partner at Charterhouse Group International, a 32 year-old private equity firm with $1.6 billion under management.  While at Charterhouse, Mr. Pfeffer was a member of the investment committee and had responsibility for several industry groups including, business services, technology and environmental.  Previously, Mr. Pfeffer was a Senior Vice President with GE Capital’s Equity Capital Group, the private equity division of GE.  While at GE, he was the head of the consumer services principal investment effort. Mr. Pfeffer received an MBA in finance from Columbia University and a BSEE from Tufts University.

Stephen P. Lamberton- Vice President
Prior to joining Post Capital Partners, Mr. Lamberton worked with Inverness Capital Partners, where he made expansion capital and buyout investments.  Prior to Inverness Capital Partners, Mr. Lamberton worked for ABN AMRO Corporate Finance in London where he focused on mergers & acquisitions within the transportation and industrial sectors.  Before ABN AMRO, Mr. Lamberton worked for Public Financial Management in San Francisco where he assisted in the issuance of municipal bonds for governments and municipal utilities. Mr. Lamberton earned his BA from Princeton University and an MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.

Christopher P.H. Cheang - Vice President
Christopher Cheang joined Post Capital Partners in 2009. Prior to joining Post Capital Partners, Mr. Cheang worked in Shanghai for Cabot China Limited, a joint venture of Cabot Corporation, a NYSE-listed specialty chemicals company. At Cabot China, Mr. Cheang served on the management team and had a wide range of responsibilities, including strategy, corporate planning, business development and financial analysis. Prior to joining Cabot China, Mr. Cheang was an investment banker with Adams Harkness, a middle-market investment bank in Boston. Mr. Cheang earned his BA from Middlebury College and his MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
